Daniel M. Russo is a State Certified Residential Appraiser in the State of Louisiana. He started his real estate career in the early 1990’s when worked part-time as a real estate agent while attending Louisiana State University. When appraisal classes became available in Baton Rouge in early 1993, he started his journey in becoming a state certified real estate appraiser. The knowledge learned from his apprenticeship gave him plenty of experience, which led to obtaining independent fee appraisal jobs from numerous appraisal firms. In 1997, the office of Daniel M. Russo and Associates, Inc. became a self-sufficient independent fee appraisal business.
Daniel currently holds a Master Residential Appraiser (MRA) designation with the National Association of Master Appraisers.
